To construct the defenses of peace in the mind of men and women through fostering ideals of United Nations and UNESCO such as culture of peace, sustainable development, environment, dialogue among cultures and civilizations, rapprochement of cultures etc. and combating the evils of violence, violation of human rights, forces of poverty, discrimination and social ills.
